A Step-by-step Guide

The school invites applications for admission from Class Kindergarten (Nursery) to Class V for the Academic Year 2024-25.

Visit the school, pay registration fee and collect the prospectus.
Log on to the school portal www.cishoshiarpur.com and click on Admissions > Online Inquiry.
Admissions Inquiry form will appear.
Please enter your details and submit them.
Admission Test details shall be intimated by the admissions office subsequently.
Results of the Admission Test shall be individually intimated and an ‘Invitation for
Interaction with the Parents’ shall be communicated.
Please visit the school thereafter, pay the fees and complete the admission formalities.

Admission form duly completed.
Photocopy of birth certificate.
Four passport photographs each of mother & father.
Five passport-size photographs of the child.
Original Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate duly attested (Grade 2 and above).
Photocopy of original mark sheet of the last examination passed (Only for the examinee age group).
1. Medical Certificate to be signed by a certified medical practitioner.
2. Details of allergies and any other chronic ailment.
3. A copy of the Vaccination Card.
Proof of residence.
